The hotel has a shuttle service, if you would like to book it we will send you all the relevant information and a price list. You can also find the price list for all transfers on our website.

Check-in from 01.02 – 30.04 from 3 pm to 11 pm
Check-in from 01.10 – 15.12 from 3 pm to 9:30 pm
Check-out should be done on the day of departure before 10 am. The reception staff will provide you with a luggage room. We wish you a pleasant journey home.

We would like to point out that when you arrive at the Hotel by car, there are 3 entrances to Tučepi that lead to the center. If you are coming from the direction of Split take the third entrance which is labeled at the main road by signs to Hotel Villa Andrea and the Restaurant Olive Tree. After entering you should turn right to reach the promenade – the sea. When you reach promenade, turn left. Don’t worry, driving on the promenade is allowed here, but you will have to adjust your speed in order to pass the other cars coming from opposite direction. After turning there are about 400 m to the hotel.
If you are coming from the direction of Dubrovnik, then you should take the first entrance to reach our hotel and follow the above mentioned directions. If you need any further help, please contact us by phone +385 21 695 240 or +385 98 356 718.
The hotel has outdoor parking lots, which are free of charge for our guests. Upon your arrival at the hotel, you can use the two available parking places in front of the hotel- restaurant on the left side of the restaurant terrace while you check in at the reception desk. Our staff will be happy to help you with your luggage and when you have settled in, they will take you to the parking lot 35-40 meters away from the hotel. The hotel parking lot is secure and you will receive a copy of the key while you are a guest at the hotel.
The Reception area is open from 7:30-23:30 h. Out of these hours we have a duty phone number for all your needs. The night-time phone number is +385 21 695 240 or from your room by dialling 100 directly. Villa Andrea staff is at your disposal for any information you may need.
Hotel key card – Check In
Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will receive your key card at the reception desk. The key card is both your room key and a key to the main door of the hotel, which is closed after midnight, and no one who is not a hotel guest can enter the hotel. Furthermore, please deposit your card in the power slot stationed on the room wall upon entering your room in order to activate electricity. Whilst using our Restaurant services it is also important to have the key card with you as you will be eligible for a 10% meal discount/a-la-carte service if you have it on your person. If you are staying full board or half board plus, it is also important for you to have your card with you so that hotel staff can verify your identity and your customer status. Please pay attention to these rules as it is only in this way that our staff can provide you with the best service possible. While signing in at the reception desk, please leave documents for all members of your family – either passport or identity card – with our staff, who will return them to you within an hour of receiving them. You are also kindly asked to submit your credit card details to our staff at the reception desk.
Paying for Food and Drinks
Your room can be charged for all consumption of food and drinks found in our restaurant and bar. If you wish to make charge them to your room, please show your hotel key card.
For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
All guests are welcome to use the hotel beach equipment such as: deck chairs and umbrellas free of charge. There is also a beach bar for the uninterrupted enjoyment of our guests. For additional information please contact our staff.
Since Villa Andrea is only a few meters away from the beach, we kindly ask you to obey the following rules when visiting the beach and returning to the hotel:
Entrance to the Restaurant and other common rooms in the hotel is not permitted to guests who are still wet from swimming. This is for the personal safety of the guest as well as of other guests in the hotel and of the hotel staff.
Entrance to and passage through the restaurant and terrace is not permitted to guests wearing only swimsuits.
Hotel blankets and towels are not to be taken to the beach.
Beach equipment should be left in the spaces provided on the ground floor of the hotel.
You can obtain information about excursions to nearby places, towns and islands as well as information about rafting, scuba diving courses, tennis and other sporting activities from Reception who will also be delighted to make bookings for the above for you.
Should you wish to check your e-mail or catch up with the latest news online, you can do so 24/7 in our Internet Corner located in the Hotel Lobby. To use the Internet Corner, please ask our reception staff for assistance. Use of the internet corner is free to all hotel and restaurant guests and there are also two computers, a printer and a Skype program at your disposal.
Should you require a laundry service during your stay, please place your clothes in the laundry bag provided, fill out the attached form (the price list is also attached) and leave the full bag in your room where housekeeping will take care of it for you. Under normal circumstances, your laundry will be returned the next day. The price list is in Your room.

Safety Deposit Box
Your room has a safety deposit box for the protection of your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any losses of valuables that have not been locked in the safety deposit box.
Settling Your Bill
On the day of your departure there may be delays due to several guests checking in or out at the same time. We suggest you settle your bill the afternoon before your departure and any drinks or meals you take afterwards can be paid directly in the service area. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Amex.
You can request a wakeup call with Reception.
A complaints book is located in the Reception area.
Guests are obliged to pay for any damage caused in the room when settling the room bill.
The voltage in the guest rooms and throughout the hotel is 220V. For electrical appliances from outside Europe, a power converter may be necessary.
The notice board in Reception has information about the current events in the town. You can also find information about all the programs and daily activities going on. Please join in and enjoy yourself!
Leaving Your Room
When leaving your room, please close the balcony door as well as the door to your room.
Should you wish to go on an excursion, you can order a lunch box with Reception. Please make your order a day in advance. You will be given your lunch box the following morning at the restaurant.
Should you require medical assistance, please contact the reception staff who will call the hotel physician. Dr. Marina Bušelić – GSM +385 91 5492 642 is at your disposal and will visit you in the hotel, and if necessary will arrange further examinations at the Makarska health centre. You can also contact paediatrician/allergist-pulmonologist/ Dr Snežana Andrijašević in Makarska – Kralja Petra Krešimira IV.86, Phone +385 21 611 537, GSM +385 98 371 986; www.dr.andrijasevic.4t.com/. Scheduling will be done by our reception staff who will arrange transport for you or will give you directions.
The mini-bar in your room is for your personal consumption.

Reporting a Malfunction
Please report any malfunction or breakdown to Reception.
Please do not bring flammable and explosive items into the hotel. The use of irons and kettles is prohibited.
Smoking is forbidden in all parts of the hotel, except on the room balconies and on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant.
All our rooms are equipped with a telephone, which has a free direct line to all parts of our hotel. All rooms have instructions for calling local numbers of single departments as well as local room numbers if your family is also staying at the hotel. Moreover, all rooms have their own direct number on which your loved ones can call you and which can be found on the instructions. Besides calling the numbers within the hotel, you can also call all numbers in Croatia free of charge. For international calls you have our free Skype phone service in reception at your disposal as well as the printer and Fax.
The friendliness of our staff does not depend on your tips. However, the staff will be grateful for a token of appreciation for their service. Any tip is at your complete discretion.
The hotel has a satellite TV system; the list of channels is located on your TV set.
Outside visitors are not allowed to visit hotel guests in their rooms. Should you wish to meet your friends, please use the hotel’s reception, bar and restaurant.

Reservation and sales conditions
All prices on our website are in HRK and include VAT. All offers in foreign currencies are for reference purposes only. The hotel should be paid in local currency (HRK) .
• Your card data is necessary in order to make a reservation .
Guests can leave a note on how they wish to pay and this will be respected:

Payment can also be made online through a link sent to you by the hotel: PayPal on line payment. The deposit will be increased for banking or online costs and the amount will vary depending on the amount of the deposit.
• For standard price list BB:
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please provide us with a valid card number.
• For reservations made on special discounts, for example First minute, Last minute or other arrangements, the deposit amounts to 25% of the overall reservation costs + bank costs will be charged on the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Reservations made on special offers, which include the wording NON REFUNDABLE, will be charged the total price of the reservation on the day of booking.
Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3. RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT
• Reservation made on standard price list BB if cancelled or modified up to 30 days before
date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Reservation made by special action like First minute, Last minute and simillar will be charged 25 % of the overall amount in the time of reservation .
If this reservation cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival 25% of the overall amount will be charged.
If this reservation cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Reservation made by special action named Non refundable will be charged 100% of the overall amount in the time of reservation .
This reservation has no refund in the case of cancellation and can not be modified.
• Early cancellation of the reservation during the stay:
the full amount of reservation will be charged .
