Booking and payment terms and conditions:


1. Prices

All rates published at our website are in kunas and include VAT. The tourist tax is not included. All offers made in foreign currencies are for information purpose only.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via e-mail, fax or phone. Bookings made by phone must be followed by a written booking.

Bookings must be guaranteed for the first night's accommodation by payment of a deposit, otherwise the booking is considered not confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable. Payment of a deposit can be made by a bank transfer (all bank charges will be borne by the payer) or by Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Your personal data as well as your credit card information are fully protected.

Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you the documentation for your stay with us (booking confirmation and deposit receipt). 

3.Cancellations

Cancellations made during the stay at hotel:

-1 day before;  will be charged for the full amount of the reservation!!!

-more than 1 day;  will be charged 25% of the total cost of the remaining reservation!!!

4. Payment

The guest can settle the bill on the day of departure at the Reception desk either in cash or with Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
