Welcome to the Villa Andrea hotel!
We are very happy to welcome you to our hotel. Our staff is at your disposal for any help or information you may need. If you are satisfied with your stay, please share it with your friends: if, for whatever reason, you are not, please share it with us so we can further improve the quality of our service.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport transfer prices are published at our website under Excursions.
BEACH
All guests can use the hotel beach equipment such as deck chairs and umbrellas free of charge. For detailed information please contact our staff. There is also a beach bar for the guests’ uninterrupted enjoyment.
Since Villa Andrea is only a few meters away from the beach, we kindly ask you to obey the following rules when going to the beach and returning to the hotel:
• Entrance to the restaurant and other hotel rooms is not permitted to guests who are still wet from swimming for their own safety as well as for the safety of other guests and the hotel staff.
• Entrance to and passage through the restaurant and terrace is not permitted to guests wearing only swimming suits.
• Hotel blankets and room towels must not be taken to the beach.
• Beach equipment should be left at the provided space in the garage.
BEAUTY CENTER
Our hotel has a beauty centre. For additional information such as working hours or to book a treatment please inquire at the Reception. .
CAR PARKING
Our hotel has its own car parking which is included in the room rate. Please leave your car keys at the Reception in case your car needs to be moved when other cars are going out. If you are not able to leave your car keys at the Reception, we kindly ask you to park your car at one of the town car parks. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car at the car parking or in the hotel garage.
Because of the arrangement of the garage, please inform the Reception of your intention to go out with the car half a day in advance.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards.
CHECK-OUT
Please check out of your room by 11 am. There is a left luggage room at the Reception should you need it. We wish you a pleasant journey back home.
COMPLAINTS BOOK
The complaints book is available at the Reception.
DAMAGE
The guest is obliged to pay for any damage caused in the room when settling the bill for the room.
ELECTRICITY
The voltage in rooms and the hotel in general is 220 V. For electric appliances outside Europe, an electric converter may be necessary.
ENTERTAINMENT
The notice board at the Reception has information about the current events in the town. You can also find information about all programmes and daily activities going on. Join and enjoy!
EXCURSIONS
You can get information about excursions to nearby places, towns and islands at the Reception as well as make bookings. The Reception also has information about rafting, scuba diving courses, tennis and other sports activities and can book a spot for you.
HOTEL IDENTIFICATION CARD
Upon arrival, at the reception desk you will receive your personal hotel identification card with which you can charge all meals and drinks consumed in our restaurant and bar to your room and which also serves as a proof that you are a hotel guest when using your half-board or full-board meal plan.
INTERNET CORNER
Should you wish to check your e-mail or catch up with the latest news online, you can do so 24/7 at our Internet corner in the hotel lobby. To use the Internet corner, please ask the Reception staff.
LAUNDRY
If you require laundry service, all you need to do is put your clothes in a laundry bag provided, fill out the attached form and leave the full bag and the form so that the maid can see them and take them away when she comes to clean your room. Under normal circumstances, your laundry will be returned the next day. The price list is attached.
LEAVING YOUR ROOM
When going out of your room, please close the balcony door and the door to your room. Every time you exit the hotel, please leave your room key at the Reception.
LUNCH BOXES
Should you wish to go on excursion, you can order a lunch box at the Reception. Please make your order a day in advance, no later than 6.30 pm. You will be given your lunch box the following morning in the restaurant.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Should you need medical assistance, please contact the Reception and our staff will call the ambulance or direct you to the nearest physician.
MINI-BAR
The mini-bar in your room is for your personal consummation.
PAYING FOR DRINKS AND FOOD
Your room can be charged for every consummation of drinks and food in our restaurant and bar if you wish so. To make charges to your room, please show your personal hotel identification card.
PETS
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Of course, we would like to hear whether you had a pleasant stay with us and whether you were satisfied with the level of service. Therefore we would be very glad if you would let us know your opinion by filling in the questionnaire provided. Thank you!
RECEPTION
The Reception is open 24 hrs a day and is at your disposal for any information you may need.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION
Please report any malfunction or breakdown to the Reception.
RESTAURANT
Our restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a la carte menu.
Half-board and full-board meals:
Breakfast: 7:30 - 10:30 am
Lunch: 12:30 - 2:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 – 9:30 pm
Please do not take food out of the restaurant. You may be charged for it.
ROOM SERVICE
We offer room service for breakfast and dinner from 8 to 11 am and 6 to 10 pm respectively, at an additional cost. You can order your breakfast and dinner by calling the Reception (100).
SAFETY
Please do not bring inflammable and explosive items into the hotel. The use of irons and kettles is prohibited.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Your room has a safety deposit box for the protection of your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any losses of valuables that have not been locked in the safety deposit box.
SETTLING YOUR BILL
On the day of your departure there may be delays because of several guests checking in or out at the same time and therefore we suggest settling your bill the afternoon before your departure. Any drinks or meals you take afterwards can be paid directly in the service area. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in our entire hotel and guest rooms.
TELEPHONE
There is a direct telephone line in your room. Use of telephone will be recorded automatically on your room bill.
TIPS
The friendliness of our staff does not depend on your tips. However, the staff will be grateful for a token of appreciation of their service. Any tip is at your complete discretion.
TV
The hotel has a satellite TV system. The list of channels in on your TV set.
VISITATION POLICY
Outside visitors are not allowed to visit hotel guests in their rooms. Should you wish to meet your friends, please use the hotel’s reception, bar and restaurant.
WAKE UP CALLS
You can order the wake up call at the Reception.
